    We accept payment by Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and JCB card, check or purchase order. Please send purchase orders by fax. In some cases, you may want to print the order form at the link below and fax it to us with your order.

    Returns Policy

    Any item that is defective can be returned within 30 days of the date of sale for a full refund. Items that are not defective may be returned within 15 days of the date of sale. However, items that are not defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% if it has been taken out of its box and 10% if the box has not been opened.

    Software may only be returned if the product is still in its plastic wrap or if it is found to be defective.

    Please take care to package the product for safe shipment. If an item is returned to us in unsaleable condition you will not receive a refund.

    Please call for our approval and instructions before returning any item. If an item is returned without approval you may be charged for the cost of shipping the item back to you.

    Software and computer equipment to be shipped within the United States. We prefer to ship by UPS, unless another method is requested. The least expensive shipping UPS method is by UPS ground. For orders less than $500, our charge for UPS ground shipment is $5. For orders between $500 and $1200, the shipping charge is $8. For orders above $1200, the shipping is free. For shipping by more rapid methods than UPS ground, please call for a quote. UPS has a variety of rapid shipping methods including overnight, 2nd day air and 3 day select. For software, we can also use priority mail if requested. This is sometimes faster for the eastern part of the United States.

    International shipments of software and computer equipment. We can use either Express Airmail or a courier such as UPS or Federal Express. Please call for a quote as prices vary considerably.

    How to Order for Overseas Delivery

    We accept payment by Master card, Visa, Discover, American Express and the JCB card as well as check or purchase order. If you are buying by purchase order, please contact us for approval before placing your order.

    For credit card purchases, we will need the type of card (Visa or Master card, etc.) the card number, the name on the card and the expiration date. The delivery address should match the credit card's billing address. For purchases greater than $500, send us a fax copy (image) of both sides of the credit card. The person whose name appears on the card must sign the order approving the total amount to be charged to the card and we must be able to compare the signature on the order with the signature on the back of the credit card.

    We can provide you with a quote on shipping costs that will be specific to your location and order. Shipping for software is usually $30 by International Express airmail. We can ship most products we offer by Federal Express to most parts of the world at special rates. For example, we can ship a Jaz or Zip drive to most locations for $50. Shipping translation software to Europe is $50 and $80 to South America by Federal Express.

    The buyer is responsible for paying any local customs duties or taxes when the products are received.
