IBM ViaVoice for Windows, Pro USB Edition, Release 9 Promotion Rebate
To qualify for your rebate, you must have a qualifying speech recognition software product installed and acquire an eligible IBM ViaVoice for Windows, Pro USB (Universal Serial Bus) Edition, Release 9 software product.

Qualifying Products are:


Any previously-acquired speech recognition software product* (does not need to be an IBM product)

 

* Excluding: Not for Resale (NFR) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) copies and academic offers.

Details:

  1. The rebate is valid only for eligible software acquisitions made on or after August 14, 2001, but no later than February 16, 2002.
  2. As proof of acquisition, send a copy of your invoice/bill of sale and the UPC barcode from the IBM ViaVoice for Windows, Pro USB Edition, Release 9 box (located on a sticker on the bottom of the box) and the product CD, diskette 1, or title page of the user's manual of any previously-acquired qualifying speech recognition software product to the IBM Redemption Center at the address listed below.
    • Your invoice/bill of sale must be either typewritten or computer generated. Handwritten or altered documents will not be accepted.
    • The name and company appearing on this form must match the information provided on the invoice/bill of sale.
  3. To qualify for the rebate, this completed form, along with requested documentation, must be received on or before April 16, 2002, at:

  5. Any Rebate Request forms lost or misdirected by the Postal Service or other delivery service are not the responsibility of IBM or the IBM Redemption Center.
  6. Allow up to eight weeks for your rebate check/cheque to arrive.
  7. This promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
  8. IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.
